How to read a card. Model structure draws the mechanism — a path model, a matrix, a cycle, a curve or an equation, whichever the theory actually is; Functional form states the same thing symbolically; Constructs are the variables you would measure; Watch is the limitation reviewers raise most often; Pairs with lists the extensions or companion theories commonly grafted on; Measure points to the standard operationalisation.
